These super easy Nutella brownies are quick and easy to make and packed with flavour, Perfect topped with my fudge sauce and dollop of vanilla ice cream.
You can use any other brand of chocolate spread.
Super Easy Nutella Brownies
- 1 - 400g jar of Nutella
- 65g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- Handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat your oven to 200ºC / 180ºC fan / gas 6.
In a large bowl add the Nutella, flour and egg, then mix well until combined and you have a smooth mixture.
Line an 8 inch ovenproof tin with parchment paper, then pour the brownie batter in and using a spatula spread it out to fill the tin. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until a cocktail stick comes out clean, DO NOT over-bake as this will result in a dried out brownie.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the chocolate chips , the heat should melt them slightly which will make them stick to the brownie, then set aside to cool.
Once cool serve with ice cream and sauce.
Notes and tips
If you don't want to add chocolate chips, try drizzling 1-2 tbsp of Nutella over the top once out the oven, you can melt the Nutella in the microwave for about 20 secs.
